The owner robert is a thief. He is a swindler. He won’t give your deposit back. He refused to give our deposit ($1,000) back. Completely unprofessional! Be careful and stay away from this shifty guy.
Rudy is amazing!! He has taken care of both me and my tenants. He of course asks for approval but he comes with the details already to make it an easy decision to get what is needed done. He works magic and is much appreciated and I think the tenants appreciate it as well!! This is your go to guy if you are looking to rent or if you have a house to rent out this is your guy!!
