if i could give rudy 0 stars , i absolutely would. this is the worst we’ve ever been treated by a landlord in our 22 & 47 years of our lives! he never takes care of maintenance requests (we have ones we waited for 9+ months on & he still hasn’t taken care of them!) and says he won’t raise the rent, and then raises the rent. you will NEVER be able to reach him for anything you need done. whatever you do, DO NOT buy or rent a single thing from him unless you want your life to be a literal living hell. avoid his “real estate co... read more
