My reasoning for giving a 2 star rating. Recently the heating side of our HVAC system stopped working overnight. I looked up and found RK to be a local company and called on a Friday morning. RK was prompt to answer call and even tried to diagnose problem briefly on the phone. RK was quick to respond to our home. (This is reason for the first star).
