Heat went out on the afternoon of NYE. Came out within an hour of my panicked call. Found the problem. Replaced the igniter that had gone bad and had us up and running in less than a half hour. Wow. Just the best!!!
I had a great experience with R.K heating and Air conditioning. After 23 years it was time to finally replace my old unit. RK gave me the best price and was able to come back within a couple of days to replace it. I loved the work he completed, and I highly recommend RK HVAC!
Our 20-year-old system stopped working, so we gave RK a call to come check it out. He came and thoroughly checked out the system and diagnosed a small problem and was able to fix it right then and there. The whole time he made sure I was aware of the work he was performing.
