Woke up yesterday to no AC upstairs and the entire 2nd floor was 83°. I called RK and he walked me through a list of things to check before he came to my home to make sure that I actually needed service. Once he realized that I needed service, he scheduled a time to come today and replaced my capacitor and my AC was good as new. Fast service and my home AC was back in no time.
