Our heating stopped working a few days ago late night. I tried to figure out what was wrong, but i have no knowledge in this field. In the morning, we called RK Heating and Air and they came out before lunch time to diagnose the problem. They told us that our furnace needed to be replaced, but that didn't make sense to me because after a quick google search I learned that furnaces lasts from 12-15 years. We had some weird noises coming from our attic, so I went up to take a look. It looked like it was coming from my furnace but had no idea exactly where. Next thing I know, our heating stops working. A friend recommended RK Heating & Air, so we decided to call them. They came out the next morning and figured out that the igniter needed to be replaced. We had an HVAC company come out to diagnose our issue with our system. They stated that we needed to replace the whole system. After some research, I decided to contact RK HVAC who was able to come out the same day for service and was able to fix our problem withOUT having to replace the entire system.
