Professional and painless.
Fantastic staff, and wonderful experience. Out of all my past dentists, Dr. Koeltl has been the most knowledgable I've ever encountered. He took sensitive care with my broken tooth and made sure my first experience was thorough. I would highly recommend all new patients to his office.
I give 5 stars because I had a great experience. I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. During the appointment I got a really great cleaning and my teeth felt great afterward. I wear a retainer and was given a new case because my case was broken. This I didn't expect at all. Dr. Koeltl and his staff have always gone above and beyond to take care of me and because of this I drive an hour from San Jose to see them!
Always a terrific experience. Front office staff always pleasant and responsive. The hygienist who was filling in that day was very good. Dr Koeltl is my favorite! So caring, so thorough and always feel like I'm in very capable hands

I am a dentaphobe! I really do fear the dentist, but not Dr. Koeltl. He is a master of Dentistry. I had two filling replacements in one sitting and it was extremely comfortable and fast. Even the shot in the gum was completely painless! His entire staff is his frontline to helping his patients stay informed and at ease. His office is modern, fresh, and up to date with the latest tecnology. The best around, and i have been to many dentist until i met Dr. Koeltl.
My experience with Dr. Koeltl's office visit was very positive. I felt all personnel were attentive and friendly. I was pleased with the hygenist work and Dr. Koeltl's concern, explanation and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Dr. Koteltl's services.
