At first I was upset that the hygienist I was scheduled with was changed without letting me know, but I want you to know I was thrilled with Lisa Becko. She was very gentle and caring and hope to be able to schedule with her in the future! The entire staff was great!!! The doctor should be proud of the front desk staff. They showed compassion to me and I wasn't feeling well! Thank you all!
Called Dr. Koeltl on his day off. He called me back immediately and set an appointment to replace my dental bridge. I was happy to get in with such short notice.
It has always been a pleasure coming into your office.. Always welcomed and treated with care and respect.. cleaning went well and no pain..and Dr K was able to detect a rising problem...see you in a few weeks.. thx chris bianchina

Dr. Koetltl and his staff were very attentive to my time constraints and made efforts to get me in and out of the office with a thorough check-up and out the door to get on my way back to work! The office is beautiful, stylish, and clean. 5 Star service!
The hygienist did a wonderful job
I arrived late for my cleaning appointment and had a migraine to boot. I came into the office with a cap pulled over my eyes to help with light sensitivity due to migraine,Hanna(sp?) and Dr. Koeltl and Cassidy(sp?) were very helpful in getting me through my appointment while accommodating my condition. Hannah went out of her way to make certain I was as comfortable as I could be while performing her usual excellent cleaning and polishing of my teeth! Everyone in this office is amazing!
From first phone call to first visit I couldn't be happier. Arrived near the end of day and was welcomed with smiles and enthusiasm like I was the first patient of the day. Dr. Koeltl has assembled a great team and everyone was professional and friendly. Excellent experience.
