RecommendedI bought a new Chevrolet pick up today at RK. I went to RK after checking other dealership truck listings (Chevy, Ford, Ram). I chose a 2018 Silverado that was the lowest price listed on their web site. The Salesman (Macho Gonzalez) worked very hard to get me all the price reductions. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will buy another vehicle in the future from them

Buyer beware. The auto service is terrible. So much run around and took months for my vehicle to get fixed. End result my AC doesn’t work when it did when I left the lot. Guessing the AC was charged up then put on the lot. Discovered when it was hot outside it didn’t work. The back gate was supposed to be fixed because of the hard bang it would make when opened. BEWARE, AFTER CONTACTING RK IN THE MORNING ABOUT A VEHICLE THAT WAS ON THEIR WEBSITE WE MADE AN APPT. TO SEE IT THAT AFTERNOON. THINKING WE WERE TALKING TO A SALESPERSON ON SITE. THAT AFTERNOON NOTICED THE TRUCK WAS NOT ON THE WEBSITE SO I CONTACTED HIM AGAIN TO MAKE SURE THEY DIDN’T SELL IT SINCE WE WERE DRIVING FROM AN HOUR AWAY. HE SAID EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.
