Had been buying from RK for over 20 years as a contractor. Went in recently to look at windows and doors for my personal home. Not one person could acknowledge me when I walked in the door even though there were 5 employees at the front. Walked around for over 45 minutes trying to look at options and still no one could offer any assistance. Walked out and will never go back. They must be doing great because they didn't need my order of 33 windows and 15 doors.
I was able to purchase baseboard for several of our jobs that the Home Depot and Lowe's do not carry. The sales department and loading bay were very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back to purchase more materials in the future.
