Excellent visit with Dr. Milisi who was thorough in his work, explained everything clearly, and offered efficient service. I went in for a routine ear cleaning that he was able to perform so well it was almost pleasant. While there I mentioned that one of my hearing aids was broken, and he quickly fixed it!
Went in for IEM impressions. These guys are super professional and know what they’re doing. Great experience!

5 stars. Tony at RK Audiology was fantastic. I needed extra patience and empathy today, and he absolutely delivered. I’ve had audiologists rush me before and it made the experience uncomfortable, but this was the complete opposite, calm, respectful, and genuinely caring. Great people and a great office. Highly recommend.
A great experience all the way around. Staff were wonderful. I had a cleaning done and mold made. All questions were answered, it was a laid back, and low stress experience. Just waiting for my earplugs to arrive!
