Purchased a nearly $6k drone package. It was missing multiple items. I talked to him on the phone when purchasing and he knew what was supposed to come with it. He said he would make it right but never did. He was late sending the warranty code so I couldn't register the warranty. He said he would fix it but never did. He stopped answering calls and emails.
