I had them remove ice dams on both my home and a commercial building I own. They worked hard to clear the ice, and did a good job.

From the initial contact of making the appointment to the end result, I was utterly impressed. Amazing customer service, education provided, and fantastic job done. I woke up to seeing water come down the walls in my house in addition to going into the basement. I originally panicked and then I contacted this phenomenal company that was able to send someone out very quickly. Special shout out to Adam and his Team who Removed and excessive amount of ice. The team was very helpful and responsive. From the folks on the phone scheduling keeping me up to date as scheduled adjusted to the team that came out to do the work. The quality of the work was top notch and they were very honest & fair when it came to charge for the work. There was an issue with the steam machine and they did not try and charge for the time that was spent trouble shooting. I would highly suggest them if you have any ice damming issues.
