I had them remove ice dams on both my home and a commercial building I own. They worked hard to clear the ice, and did a good job.
From the initial contact of making the appointment to the end result, I was utterly impressed. Amazing customer service, education provided, and fantastic job done. I woke up to seeing water come down the walls in my house in addition to going into the basement. The team was very helpful and responsive. From the folks on the phone scheduling keeping me up to date as scheduled adjusted to the team that came out to do the work. The quality of the work was top notch and they were very honest & fair when it came to charge for the work. There was an issue with the steam machine and they did not try and charge for the time that was spent trouble shooting. I would highly suggest them if you have any ice damming issues.
RJK Roofing is absolutely the best. We had ice dam at our home in Solon Ohio. I contacted them and within 3 hours they were at my home taking care of the problem. They chared me a very fair price and completed the work very quickly. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WITH A SIMILAR PROBLEM.
