I have been to have my eyes checked on two occasions now and have always found the staff extremely professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.
An expensive set of French frames failed with minimal use. Took them in for repair. They said they could glue them (for free) but probably wouldn’t work. Then a senior receptionist who was listening suggested they send them to “ people in Sydney” who are good at these things. Estimated it would be $80. Sounded ok so I agreed. I asked how it worked regarding the estimate and she said I would be reimbursed if it was less.
