For All their properties in the Old Silk Stocking District (Norman) - heads up: 1. You will be CHARGED for general maintenance; this includes the sink disposal, the tub, the water heater, electrical issues, etc. 2. They will tell you if you get locked out you can call a number and they'll come out (they won't, and when they call you back 4-5 hours later even during the OK heatwave - it's 'not their problem' and 'call a locksmith'). 3. Avoid this place at all costs! One of the units at 316 Falcon Court, Norman OK was infested. The bedbugs traveled to the neighboring attached units. I suffered from rashes for months. I complained about the bedbugs and management didn't provide any treatment for an entire month and a half. When they finally treated for bedbugs, they only used the white powder with the promise of doing a heat treatment. They NEVER showed up to do any heat treatment. These people seem to only care about saving money with not care for residents... read more
