Apartments need to be redone or taken down. We had black mold behind our bed, mice in our cabinets, crickets came in and out of who knows where. Most of the maintenance crew either doesn't know what they're doing or is too lazy. We had 5 dryers replace within the first 2 months of living there. There are holes in almost every corner of the apartment. And when we moved out and told them about everything, all we got was an, "okay, thanks for letting me know." Also not worth the price.
