Beyond helpful customer service. I had an issue with some Customs stuff as I was trying to get 2 drill rigs mounted on trucks exported into the US. One was missing some necessary documentation, and I was literally one last call away from giving up and taking a huge loss when I was connected to the most helpful person named Bailey in the service department. Unfortunately we needed some unexpected repairs. Fortunately this happened here as the staff are extremely accommodating, friendly, and go over and beyond to get you safely back on the road. While you are getting your repairs they make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Quite pleased

Very friendly staff
Excellent service department, even though they were too busy to get me in right away, they were so willing to help me out. They sent Aaron out to have a look at my situation, offered advice, and a few tools and I was back on the road in a couple hrs. Thanks guys you saved my day!
