Roger is a top notch hardwood floor service provider. Having seen firsthand on numerous occasions his refinishing and repair work I would not hesitate to recommend his company. He's easy to work with and not afraid to take on a challenging project !
I made an appointment with rj sanding. He was supposed to come to our house at 8am. I gave him all the info he needed to refinish our living room floor. He texted me at 740am he didn't have my address. Which I gave him my address 2 days earlier. Then he proceeds to tell me he is going to another job and doesn't tell me what time he would be out my house. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Needless to say I didn't use rj sanding.
RJ sanding recently did a wonderful job on floor in one room in our house, and also did a fine job on the rest of the floors and stairs 3 years ago, which have held up beautifully. Roger gives a very fair price, plus he and his crew are really nice guys.
Roger worked with us to review our flooring options, and did a great job. We recommend him.
