Renting rental trucks. My mother made a reservation last week for tomorrow as she is moving and it was also confirmed yesterday. Then they call today saying the truck is not working and the only option is to rent from martinsburg, adding on an additional cost to over mileage after 50 miles.... instead of accommodating and offering a solution, they say it is simply not their problem.. lovely.

After going to another place that tried more than 7 keys 🗝 & then told us that it's their machines we found this amazing place on our side of town which has always been but we never knew they did car keys as well.. But let me say we went in explained everything, great prices & customer service is truly thur the roof & never once felt any disrespect or mistreated.
