These guys are fantastic. A local company that leads with honesty, integrity, and directness. After getting an outrageous quote from a big name HVAC company, we called RJ and they immediately relieved our stress. Isaac and Oliver were great technicians who replaced our furnace. They were both friendly, professional, and straightforward about the work being done. We will be using RJ in the future for HVAC work and recommending them to our friends and family in the area.
Highly Recommend! Our boiler went out on a single digit day. They were able to get a technician, Brian, within a couple of hours. Brian was extremely friendly and thorough. Explained everything including cost. Was able to fix same day at a very reasonable price. Brought our 46yr old boiler back to life!
I called their emergency line for an emergency of course, the lady mentioned someone would call me and send someone out, cool no problem. I never received a call and they also wouldn’t give me pricing when I asked even though at this point it didn’t matter I needed someone to go out to my rental property. They finally called back the next day, when I said I called yesterday the lady didn’t care and said well you figured it out.
