Never had and never will again. The location inside Ohare airport is not only overpriced but the service is horrible. I looked all over for management to submit a complaint but seems like they have no support for it. The other locations may be fine but the airport one I suggest all to stay away from it!
2nd visit. First one was many years ago that I don't even remember. Food and price were alright for the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Service was fine. Nice experience, but too many other places in Chicago neighborhoods to visit to consider a visit back anytime soon.
I do have to say, this place is amazing, however, stay away from the one at the airport. Worst burger I ever had! !!! And management and chef just did not care " it is what it is" that is what they told me :(

Hey what's with all the black and white headshots of random ladies all over the walls? Take away the food, and it's Ted Bundy's or the Zodiac's house.
Went to RJ Grunts this evening and had an issue with our food. (It was still delicious) The manager Mark was great and we really appreciate everything he did for us. Thanks for having great management!
