Always love this place since I was a little kid, the wait staff are friendly, love the salad bar(liver mousse) and our server encouraged us to join the Lettuce dining club.

This place is amazing and the burgers are better than amazing all washed down with one of the best shakes I’ve ever tasted!! This oldie worldie venue is a must for anyone visiting Chicago and is a perfect way to follow up a walk round Lincoln Park. Will certainly return one day when back in Chicago!!
Love this place! Great burgers and wings! I don’t usually like wings but I always get them here! So good! And the pineapple coconut shake is a must!
There are very few places to get a really good peanut butter milk shake, that and a top notch salad bar makes R.J. GRUNTS the place to go. The shield on the salad bar should be a little lower as most people are reaching under it to get their salad. Having your head under the shield defeats the purpose.
