The staff and Dr. Rizzo were nothing short of wonderful. From start to finish they were welcoming, attentive, and professional. Dr. Rizzo took the time to educate me about the status of my oral health. I’m more than happy to become a patient.
I grew up without going to the dentist… And when I was old enough I took myself, and there was lots of work to be done and lots of pain. As the years went on I tried dentists and dental offices that did not help me with my terror. Then I met Dr. William Rizzo – and everything has changed. After being a patient for at least fifteen years, it literally makes me sad to write this review and all because of the most passive aggressive unprofessional office manager Kathy Brennen I've ever dealt with at this practice. The office manager refused to take accountability for not verifying my insurance coverage in advance of my appointment something I had not had an issue with in all my years with them which resulted in a twenty four dollar charge. The Rizzo Dental Group is a well established fully equipped Dental facility that provides excellent service to their patients. As an MS patient, I feel Dr. William Rizzo and the staff have the expertise to handle complicated dental procedures while providing the comfort necessary for all their patients. They do a great job of prioritizing my dental work so that I get done what is necessary without breaking the bank. I was in and out for my fillings today in 30 minutes!

The most amazing staff and providers. I’ve been under their care since 1998 and I continue to take my children to them as well. We will continue to recommend Dr. Bill and his team because they are the best, most qualified and most caring group of dental providers EVER!
doctor Jeffrey Rizzo is the best in the orlando area ! his staff are professional and attentive and very welcoming. I get my teeth cleaned and rinse and updated every 6 months. i leave the office smiling more ! 😁
