Phil Rizzo is one of the best people around. Phil was dedicated to the mission of selling during the 2022 inflation period. Phil was a great communicator during the process and gave us great advice during the whole process. I do not think you could pick a better real estate agent than Phil Rizzo.
Phil was our realtor 16 years ago and to this day I've never found a more knowledgeable, professional, and personable real estate agent. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone in the Saint Petersburg area needing a real estate agent for any reason. When we moved out of Florida he even took the time to find us a realtor in the state we moved to so we would have good help finding a new home. Top notch!

NO ONE better than Phil! My fiance and I had a major time crunch where we had to get into a house and we only gave Phil 1 month to help us with it. With it being a ridiculous sellers market we literally didn't think it was possible to find something in that time frame and in the neighborhood we wanted.
