Ask for Bakheem or his wife they will set you up. And try the Polo picata it is to die for. Pesonally we like to put olive oil on a plate and a whole bunch of parmesan and then dip bread into it as an appetizer. State St. is one of the classiest interiors in the Peoria area. And the nice thing about Rizzi's is it is a Mom and Pop establishment literally.
