I have to start out by saying Rizzi's is my favorite restaurant in Peoria. Always good food and great service. BUT our Valentine's dinner experience was terrible. For starters we were seated in a middle row table sandwiched between several other tables. We could not even move once we wedged ourselves into our chairs. A couple who came in after us without reservations (we made reservations weeks ago) were seated in a much better table and didn't have to listen to the conversations of fellow diners seated so close. This was certainly the best pick we could have made for dinner for our first kid-free night out in ages! Everything was delicious, start to finish! A great beginning to our evening before seeing Greg Hahn at the Jukebox Comedy Club (also fantastic!). Best night out in ages, we will have to do it again - we will be back!
