I have nothing good to say about this company. They drag their feet on everything.
This agency is our current CDD and does well to be responsive, engaged and work with us within our communities. Very good agency overall to work with. Our CDD Manager (Brian) has been amazing and worked well with the board within our community as well as help solve issues in the area in a timely manner.
you guys are super efficient with sending out invoices and billing but the park trash cans have been overflowing with poop bags since before the hurricane, there is crime scene tape around the park, and every HOA on the street mechanically lowered the ponds except you guys prior to two hurricanes. You’re doing a great job billing homeowners and not actually doing anything for us.
We've worked with this team on many community projects, and they’re always great to deal with. Super responsive and great at keeping everyone in the loop, even when things get tricky. They know how to handle tough situations and still keep things moving smoothly. Definitely a solid group to work with!
