Service writers kept me apprised of the on going repair on my car. The only surprise was after a $2000+ repair my car was returned to me dirty. I had a vehicle from Family Hyundai and after an oil change they would wash your car. I did find that disappointing

If I could give them 0 starts I would. We bought a car at Joe Rizza Ford mid December. While we were happy with the vehicle, the service from the salesman was subpar and disappointing. I owned the EXACT same car previously and had mentioned that I knew how they drive and the small details. It was recently totalled and I wanted to replace it with the same thing. Everyone was amazingly wonderful to deal with. From the sales, general manager, finance and even the owner stoped by and shook my hand. Truly a pleasure to do business with. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience.
