Upon my arrival, I was met and greeted pleasantly at the check in desk. I was then taken to a treatment room by a medical assistant and information was exchanged. The MA was very pleasant and seemed to care about my health. I then met with Dr Safdar who as well inquired about my health and seemed interested in my health and care. He was very pleasant and straightforward.
Poor, very poor examination! Dr. Safdar staff dont give you the right and necessary information or ask you your concerns! Copayment ys first@ $. I saw Dr. Safdar less than 2 minutes, or less! Colonoscopy and also don't tell you the truth! Be aware!
1st visit, I never got to ask questions. next, I get to the clinic for my 6:15 am procedure, and am told I'm not on the schedule, and will have to wait until the office opens at 8. Next appointment went better, but I had a lot of questions later. I sent a message through the patient portal. I left a phone message. No response, I did both again. The office was efficient. Little wait time. Knowledgeable. They could be a bit friendlier, but it is hard when one can't smile. Over happy with the visit.
Dr. Safdar was a pleasure to see. I saw him for some GI issues and had a small procedure done. Highly recommended.
