No one spoke English making it extremely difficult to explain what I wanted. Someone had to translate over the phone. It was frustrating to pass the phone back and forth several times to explain what I wanted done to someone who couldnt even see my car. I was assured if there were any issues with the finished result I would be able to come back to have it corrected. I appreciated that. Hopefully they will follow through with that promise because there are a couple scratches that I worry will cause issues in the future.
