Terrible customer service! They had my 2016 for over a week to fix and gave me nothing to drive! Got it back "fixed" and it broke 3 days later with the same problem! I took it back frustrated bc it's very unsafe and they didn't care! They haven't had a loaner car since "July" as I was told so I would be without my 3rd row for no telling how long!
