Rize was great to work with. We put a flat roof on an investment property and their price was the best. But, more than that, they were responsive and communicated everything well. When we ran into weather delays, even Ben the owner, gave me a call to apologize and let me know their plan. As they tore out the old roof, we realized we needed new decking. Nick and everyone at the office is great and kind. This was my first time me going through insurance for roofing. Nick showed up that day was kind told me to get extra quotes and just how everything goes . He came out when the adjuster came and answered any and all of my million questions! The ladies are n billing we very nice and patient while we waited for all back and forth for payment thanks so much guys .
Rize Roofing repaired my roof and home exterior after extensive hail storm damage and the roof looks fabulous. They worked with my insurance company to make sure all covered damages were paid for. Jose came for roof inspection after my electric panel was updated. He noted some shingle issues and was able to repair them promptly.
Jose of RIZE Roofing came to inspect this old (77y) house for a roof which is both shingled and flat and includes an odd side entry point where it leaked after the last big storm. Jose was on time (even early), and so professional in his introduction then explanation of how he would proceed. In the end, he found a point where a TINY piece of stucco came loose from elsewhere and worked its way into existing caulking. Pictures worth a thousand words! He found it, removed it and re-caulked. Tyler just came by to walk a roof because we were concerned that we might have some issues going on. We did have a couple shingles missing, nut he was completely honest and did not try to sell us on anything that we didn't need. He was polite and respectful, and he even offered to come back to tack down the missing shingles next week, for no charge.
