Before you sign a lease here make sure you see m your apartment at different times of day especially if you are on the side where the loading for B Braun shipping is facing Alton. Your lease will contain a page that is called an Urban Living Addendum. On that half sheet of paper it will tell you that you will experience mixed uses for the surrounding area such as, lights noise including,music, transportation,ext. Make City of Irvine install a proper turn lane onto Synergy with a traffic control, instead of a half-legal U-turn. And, most of all, DISABLE THE SECOND SECURITY DOOR AT EVERY ELEVATOR LOBBY AND STAIRWELL. When we buzz a guest into our home, they should call up once, and if accepted, be buzzed all the way through to our front door. It is UNACCEPTABLE that we can buzz guests into the building, then have to go meet them at a security door the guest can't get through at the elevator lobby or stairwell. This apartment is good but the office is TERRIBLE!!! Someone just broken my car at the midnight and take nothing, they maybe just for fun!!! I talk with office (David) hope they can do something. His attitude is horrible just like i deserve that!!! I ask him What if i repair my door glasses for $800 and someone broken again, how can i do? He TOLD ME GO BUY INSURANCE!!! WTF???
