As a tenant at Rize in Winter Springs, I feel compelled to share my experience because many prospective residents deserve to know what living here has actually been like. Unfortunately, the management has been extremely unprofessional and dismissive when it comes to addressing legitimate tenant concerns. Toward the end of my tenancy, my experience with this property management team was extremely disappointing. According to the lease, tenants are typically given a warning and only face further action if another issue occurs. In this situation, it had already been acknowledged that my child was not responsible for the first incident and did not cause any of the alleged damage in the second situation. Apartments Rise Winter Springs are absolutely horrible. Extremely uncomfortable, disgusting, and dirty. Let’s start with the basics — filth everywhere. Dust clearly hasn’t been cleaned for months. Hallways are never cleaned and there is a constant horrible smell. No tissues, no basic supplies, nothing at all. The place feels neglected and unsanitary. There are cockroaches. Real cockroaches. And this is not cheap housing. The pool area is a disaster. The pool is not cleaned. All the seats, all the loungers are covered in mold... read more
