I absolutely love living here. The apartments are high end and luxurious. Mandy and Chris made me feel welcome and took care of everything I needed and helped me find my new home. They put on amazing events such as a wine and cheese party and many more.
The Rize was my home for 7 years, truly an amazing place, quiet clean and full of friendly people. The location is great, you are walking distance from Publix, and restaurants. The new management (Chris & Mandy) are fantastic!!! I highly recommend the Rize.
My wife and I visited the rize today to inquire about a apartment and Mandy the leasing consultant was extremely friendly and had most of the answers we were looking for and if she didn’t know it right away she didn’t hesitate when we returned to the office to give the answers she was extremely helpful in every way possible and my wife and I are looking to move here asap
RiZE has resort-like vibes, excellent amenities, and is in a great location.
Good management. Reliable, communicative, and fair. The pool and amenities are amazing!
