Great maintenance staff!
I’ve lived here a couple months now and it has been great! Some communication hiccups here and there, but Mason and Ella are always so responsive and helpful. The maintenance staff are awesome as well! They answer all requests we have put in within minutes! The staff are why I’m giving 5 stars!
Don’t expect any help or support from management or pest control when your kitchen is overrun by mice. We are very clean, uncluttered people and we are battling mice every night anyway. Management did nothing to help other than send pest control who just looked around, said “I don’t know” and left. When we told management we needed more support and they were less than helpful. We’ve spent hundreds of dollars eating out because our apartment is unsanitary, hundreds more on mice traps, poison, and so on. We had to do our own m... read more
