I dropped uber eats and guy comes to the door naked and high. Turned around to see a guy looking in my car window. Lady sitting outside with a baby covered in dirt obviously neglected. Roaches visible and a car drove onto the yard up the the motel door and kicked in the door. Thought I was in a movie in Chicago. I was scared to my life.

Do not move here they changed their name to urban square apartments and continuously change their names due to unsafe housing here to dodge legal action. They make you sign predatory leases saying you’re responsible for the fridge and AC comes as is, knowing damn well either of those things work properly before you moved in. They also do not fix anything and tell you to read you lease so they are not liable to fix anything. There’s mold, roaches and transient/homeless people that loiter around all day on drugs and take over ... read more

went there for a doordash and i saw roaches crawling all around the place
