They got time to come turn your power off on a Friday evening over a misunderstanding on their end, but not time to come turn it back on 30 mins later, and want to make you wait until Monday to get it turned back on, even though you have 2 year old twins and a newborn with no AC or running water. Unfortunately they're the only option we have in some areas, but they dang sure ain't a good one!
What an excellent experience! The technician arrived in a timely manner, was courteous, and knowledgeable. Solved our problem! Could not have asked for more!
