Very unprofessional. They're always giving last minute notices. They will raises the rent up and won't fix ir update anything unless you push. Been waiting several years for my ticket. Avoid renting from this management property. Unless you like waiting, last min warnings about stuff, appliances breaking down and waiting forever to be fixed. I would highly not recommend hiring Riviera Property Management to manage your rental property. I called their office to inquire about upcoming availability and cost of a unit at Coast, one of their apartments in Redondo Beach. The receptionist who answered the phone could not tell me anything about current or upcoming availability or the cost of rent, which is basic information the office of any rental property management company should be able to provide. Rented from Riviera for a year in PB - Diane is an absolute sweetheart and made everything a breeze. All maintenance taken care of in a timely manner, always quick responses, and they’re just good people at heart.
This company is weird. Be very careful if you decide to rent with them. When I moved in, the heater wasn’t working, called the gas company and they said it was unsafe to use. They called a company to “fix” the heater, still unsafe to use as it smelt of horrible gas. The company’s technician even told me that he’s been to my house before for the same issue but with different tenants. So this company obviously never fixed the issue. If you see their sign in front of any property, just walk away and don't think about it. Very disrespectful , rude, worst service. Not any maintenance services. Their building are dirty disgusting and they never do any gardening or cleaning. Sleep in your car but stay away from them
