Company trying to buy land not even in the same state as they’re located and contacting when not for sale. Asked multiple times to be removed from whatever list they got my information and not contacted and have received the same text for MONTHS. Absolute joke.
Very unprofessional. They're always giving last minute notices. They will raises the rent up and won't fix ir update anything unless you push. Been waiting several years for my ticket. Avoid renting from this management property. Unless you like waiting, last min warnings about stuff, appliances breaking down and waiting forever to be fixed. I would highly not recommend hiring Riviera Property Management to manage your rental property. I called their office to inquire about upcoming availability and cost of a unit at Coast, one of their apartments in Redondo Beach. The receptionist who answered the phone could not tell me anything about current or upcoming availability or the cost of rent, which is basic information the office of any rental property management company should be able to provide. Rented from Riviera for a year in PB - Diane is an absolute sweetheart and made everything a breeze. All maintenance taken care of in a timely manner, always quick responses, and they’re just good people at heart.
