Stayed 4 nights, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were simple but very comfortable. Beds were cozy. View was spectacular... great place from the inside to the outside. You can tell the owners care about the property. Would definitely come back...
Just spent the past 4 days here. Loved it! Staff is excellent! Very helpful. The room we stayed in was just right for 2 Adults. Very clean and close to everything. You can walk or bike or drive. If you want to go to the Island a shuttle will come get you and take you to the boat. Close to the bridge and the Fort. Our view was absolutely amazing! Hope we get to come back. Loved it!
Great view, great pool!
My sister and I checked in Thursday night. There was no refrigerator which we thought was unusual...very inconvenient. The windows were filthy. Bugs on the tracks of the windows. The blind on the door needed repaired. The two blinds just needed to be slid back in place. I guess no employee there had went through blind repair 101. I was here with a friend who has been coming to the Riviera for years. She was nervous after reading a negative review someone had left about the new owners. To her great relief, the motel was as wonderful as ever. The new owners were very friendly. They checked with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. During checkin, they even helped carry our bags up to our room as one of our group is older and does not do stairs well. The New Owners of the Riviera are Great. Upon arrival they make you feel very welcome. There very helpful answers all your questions with a smile and very professional. I love how they knowledge you when they see you coming and going with their waves or There Smiles. The Rooms are very Clean . The view is out of this world. Thank You Riviera.
RecommendedVery clean and comfortable. Towels and sheets smell good. Just need coffee pots in the rooms.
