Do not buy from this place, you will regret it all your life. The staff is horrible and will always be harassing you that you should pay them something that you already paid them. They will raise the price of your lot whenever they feel like it, it's horrible.

TOO MANY RESIDENTS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OTHER NEIGHBORS IN THIS PARK SUCH AS THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED THAT ARE BEING TAKEN OF. IT IS NOT RIGHT AT ALL
These neighbors are very disrespectful blasting their music & having their bass going at 10:10PM this evening here & have my windows in my house closed & nobody does nothing about it this Saturday evening. There are people that are trying to sleep not listen to someone's bass or sound in their vehicle all night. This park has been turned into trash.
