Riviera mobile home park at 2038 Palm Street has become the worst places to live. Management does absolutely nothing. The park looks like some slum area and they would be absolutely nothing to clean it up. Lots of homeless people. Lots of drug users drug dealers loud music. Increase the rent every year space rent gets increased even though they are made no improvements at all it's only gotten worse in here. They are very expensive I pay 1900 for a 3b 2n and there is a lot of drug addicts. Horrible management you can’t even get a hold of anyone. They turn off your water without notice.
On 14 Feb 2023 there was a mur*er, not sui*ide like the mobile home manager keeps saying. 4 people mur*red a guy that did nothing. One of them is on bail and still lives in the park, the one that kept hitting the guy with his white Nissan truck. Not only that, they have s*x offenders that live in the park that's that's just the registered ones, on average there's 3 sh**ting a year, 2 mu*ders a year, a couple raids a year, police always in and out trying to get a bust due to dr*g trafficking in and out. Zero stars.this used to be a 5 star park. Now lake shore took over. This is a run down slum area.drug users everywhere. Kids constantly screaming outside. Child molesters. Low life trash lives here.there is no security or manager. There is a person that calls themself a manager. Lol.they put in some new trailers with the ancient trailers. They painted and sold a lot of the old trailers that has asbestos and black mold in them.also lots of bedbugs.This company is all about big profits and the hell with the tenants. One star is over rating this place.thieves,murders,drug dealers and users. They make a good impression at the office but dont be fooled
Druggies,thieves,loud music. Lots of noisy kids,dogs running loose. Dilapidated trailers,one laundry room.they never maintain the park. It's all about how much money they can make. Filthy streets. Dont move here. This is a slum for lowlifes. I'm moved here recently. I will be moving soon.
If you like drug users and loud music, kids screaming, and want your things stolen from your property, then this is the place for you. Manager does absolutely nothing. Beware the trailers may look good with that new coat of paint but they are old and dilapidated. Also rent goes up every year and they dont make any improvements. This is a slum for low lifes.
Woke up this morning someone stole my bike😂😂 this trailer park is turning into a hillbilly town I just don't understand who will rob a bike at night freezing cold security has to step their security staff up that's all I have to say p.s someone still robbed my bike
