Outdated, inefficient appliances that create skyrocketed utility bills, non working utilities, and don’t get me started on the onsite property manager. Susan is not fit for the position she holds. She treats residents younger than her (she’s gotta be in her 60/70s) very rude, and she is incredibly condescending. She is short tempered and flys off the handle at a moments notice.
