Great, safe, and secure place to live. Apartment sizes are large and semi-updated. Great area in the Dallas area. Close walking distance to great food and drinks. Would definitely recommend. I’m not a tenant here, but I’m am an Executive Assistant that is here consistently for Miss Sullivan every week. Keep up the great work!

Location and staff are AMAZING!!!!
I've enjoyed living here over the past year, staff is helpful and available. Nice, small gym, accessible mail, nice pool area and respectful neighbors. Dog friendly and maintenance staff is quick and awesome. This year has been long however with all the construction, but the updates to the area look very nice and construction is finally finished.

I always judge the property not by the reviews or the looks but by the people working there. everyone is so helpful and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better leasing team. Travis and Amy are the best!!
