RecommendedHi! We just signed our lease and have started to move our stuff in. We picked the Riviera for the location...5 minutes from isle of palms, the unlimited amenities of the neighborhood and proximity to both of our jobs. We absolutely love that they are pet friendly too!

Absolutely GR8 Staff, GR8 location for everything..beahc, Dr's,DMV,Shopping, 17/26/526.. SUPER GR8 property, Neighbors....Just move hear I Guaarrraaannnnteeee you'l love it.
We moved in here August 2018 and moved out June 2019. The events are great. There are two pools at the complex. Front office staff is very friendly. There is plenty of parking. Maintenance people are really great. Apartments are really affordable for the area. The only internet you can get is AT&T Fiber. Please make sure to triple check that you have an order number and an appointment. They just don’t show up for no reason and blame it on their computer system and you end up having to jump through hoops to get internet even ... read more
I love the walking trails by the lake and being walking distance to great restaurants and shops.
the best part about the apartments is the location it is close to the beach and in a great shopping center. The apartment keeps the apartment building clean so I haven’t had any issues with pests which I am very happy about. I have had some issues with maintence in the apartment but it hasn’t been anything to big .

Great maintenance team, amenities, and location! Love being able to walk to bars, restaurants, Target, as well as all the walking paths for pets.
Going on my second year living here and love this location! You can easily walk to restaurants and grocery stores like Basil Thai and Target! You're also a quick drive or bike ride to the beach which has been really convenient!
