I have been here for a few years and the weed smell is getting out of hand. The smell runs through the hallways and comes through the ventilation system. Not to mention people not picking up after their dogs
So far I'm very happy with my life living here at the riviera apartments! It's quiet and peaceful. Monica is a wonderful people person and has treated me better then any property manager that I've dealt with so far. Thank you for making my time here enjoyable
