I currently live here. The elevator is broken again, and has been for almost 3 weeks. Last week I was told the elevator repair company said it would take about a month to get the parts. I am not supposed to use stairs.I signed up for the underground garage, but after 2 bouts of flooding in it, I gave it up. Apparently the people in the apartment next to mine were disgusting and had roaches, and a few came into my apartment. They didn't last long. Management had pest control out to take care of them.
