Great knowledgeable staff. Comfortable waiting area. Fun merchandise (bought a sasquatch!) walking distance to food and shopping while you wait.
I absolutely hate my 2026 RS1. The worst electric to date. My experience with the Taycan 4, Audi Q8, and a few hybrids set a bar which Rivian does not even come close to touching. It was in the shop after the first week for a handful of issues and the one that can’t be resolved is how poorly it performs. Apparently I was “driving to fast” but my RS1 did not make it 150 miles before being totally out of charge. One week down, 2 years and 51 weeks to go.
I’ve been waiting at Enterprise Rent-a-car for the past half-hour trying to get a full size SUV rental for the SECOND time. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get an equivalent loaner to my R1S. Be prepared to get offered a full size SUV and then questioned by Rivian customer service about whether you need a full size (despite buying their full size SUV).
