I’ve been waiting at Enterprise Rent-a-car for the past half-hour trying to get a full size SUV rental for the SECOND time. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get an equivalent loaner to my R1S. Be prepared to get offered a full size SUV and then questioned by Rivian customer service about whether you need a full size (despite buying their full size SUV). Shannon is amazing! She is hilarious, friendly and super knowledgeable about our R1S upon pick up! I would get a new Rivian as often as possible if it means I get to see her again!
