I want to express my concern for rivian and this location in particular. First off the gentleman I spoke with was very nice and understanding when I came in 10 minutes before closing and had interest in a new rivian. We have a model X plaid and 4 kids and wanted to see about potentially locking in something new. I know I came in late however he took time to talk to me and i would have been happy to close the deal another day need be. A deal is a deal. Blaming a helpful employee who is no longer with Rivian doesn’t justify not honoring a promise that was made. It may have been a small token, but situations like this say a lot about trust and customer commitment.

My partner and I test drove a Rivian at this Walnut Creek location about a week ago. Favienne and her colleague (unfortunately, I cannot recall his name) were very helpful, personable, and knowledgable about the vehicles. They were not pushy at all, and respected our timeline of when we wanted to purchase. Rivian not only makes a sweet product, but also knows how to set up a showroom. I've been to this and one other location and the staff are friendly and attentive. They're eager to share their excitement about Rivian with you and talk about any upcoming deals you may want to be aware of if you're in the market for an EV.
