Just start my jouney, great experience with Rivia.
I’ve been really happy with Rivia Mind’s care up until now, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. I was charged a $175 cancellation fee after cancelling an appointment, something I only did because I wasn’t feeling well the morning of. What’s especially ironic is that my very first appointment with them had to be rescheduled because my provider was sick. I totally understood and was flexible, because that’s life, things come up.
