Predatory billing that was not disclosed to me at all and basically taking advantage of what they can to charge me and my insurance company $600 per 45 min virtual talk therapy session. Avoid at all costs – Total nightmare. I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. My experience with Rivia Mind was a complete disaster from start to finish. For a place that claims to focus on mental health, they caused me more stress and anxiety than I had before I walked through the virtual door. They have recently double charged me and have not been helpful in resolving this billing issue. I had previously had similar issues of being charged extra and had to call to get it resolved. They keep on telling me there is no record of this and I have sent them receipts. Frustrating I keep having to deal with this. Very bad experience, I do not recommend.
