This place is AWFUL. During my time here, I had several encounters with rude staff. An older lady who had served the food when it was time for us to eat had blown up at me over me telling her, “Yes, please.” To receiving oatmeal instead of, “yes ma’am.” After she had asked. They had completely messed up my medications as well. I had arrived already on about 3-4 medications and they just took me off of them cold turkey and immediately switched me to a different medicine. Listen, I was “accepted” into this program per Anchor Hospital which means, Anchor contacted Kaiser Insurance for authorization into Riverwood upon discharge as noted as “accepted”! However, 4 days into program, I was presented a Large BILL and told by Billing COORDINATOR: “how are you going to pay, check or Credit Card”! I was “accepted” into this program as a Kaiser Insurance Policy Holder but this Facility demanded CASH payment after 4 Day Stay and sending me to a collection agency which is either incompetent, grossly neg... read more
so i got her sunday night (6pm) and was not seen until 11pm while watching multiple workers walk in andmlaugh with nother. i am -18 and i felt as if my opinion djd not matter. i told various staff being here is making her worse, i was told by multiple workers saying that gave me more days. i only left today (Friday) due to my mother signing an AMA. i only saw my doctor a total of one time during my entire stay. In terms of my stay here I signed myself in based on a previous very positive stay there, while this stay was not exactly the same and I did struggle somewhat to get my needs met in the time that I needed them met in the end of the day I did get them met, I met some great people and some not so great people including techs and nurses, i unfortunately have found that a lot of staff need sensitivity training with them being quite rude and nasty acting like we not in the hospital to get help like we’re also being paid to be the... read more
