This place is pure hell and needs to be shut down. They won't give you your medication and you will go without for days. You will be denied the bathroom, water, and food. Staff will mock you, degrade you, and abuse you. This place is abusive hell. The walls are covered in blood and bodily fluids. I would've been better off in a casket then here.

Horrible experience. My dad was taken from hospital to here due depression over my mother on hospice. You cannot call anyone but receptionist and leave messages on unknown message machine. They kept him over week probably would kept longer but I even called adut protective services. He is more depressed now than went in. He said was worse than military prison
Having a receptionist is useless can’t even get through.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! They don't answer the phone, they don't return phone calls, you cannot get updates of any sort, they can't keep up with your loved ones personal belongings, they just add more meds and try and get them out the door as soon as they can. It's bad! Really bad!
