Was held here completely against my will after getting a rape kit and sedated 2x… they claimed I was “manic” ( I was high, as hell.) Gave me Abilify without A beta blocker, so it caused me to pace around. Then they waited until my mom took a 3 hour drive to tell her they would hold me for 2 more days due to the pacing, never gave me a beta blocker after that. Atleast yall let me keep my piercings in though. And I did like the staffs on my unit but overall was a very ghetto experience.
The reviews did not disappoint
food is good but they treat patients like they’re prisoners and the nurses and physicians could care less about the wellness/comfort of the patients meanwhile they try to convince you that they’re here for your wellbeing.
This place is pure hell and needs to be shut down. They won't give you your medication and you will go without for days. You will be denied the bathroom, water, and food. Staff will mock you, degrade you, and abuse you. This place is abusive hell. The walls are covered in blood and bodily fluids. I would've been better off in a casket then here.
best hospital EVER!!! recommend this more than any other psych ward >_>
