I keep calling and no one answers the phone Gloria never has the answer to my questions. I am just left in the dark about things i need to know!� i called so many people from corporate and they never responded either! It like they are putting the blame on me for someone trying to force them self into my apartment and the cameras are on crappie angles so they cant see nothing on the staircase. I just want peice of mind and to feel at home again! Not like this� no support from anyone involved with River woods.

My interview with Melissa was great. When I had a question about the community, she got me an answer from someone in the office next door. She was welcoming and encouraging and very positive about the community. When I first arrived I certainly was interested in moving to Riverwoods, but by the time I left, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Over the course of the last month I have contacted between ten to twelve real estate management companies from PA, Delaware and Maryland. The ONLY MANAGEMENT REAL ESTATE COMPANY TO RESPOND WAS RIVERWOODS AT ST. MICHAELS. Melissa, the property manager was courteous, professional and not only did she send me a PDF brochure, she followed up with a personal phone call and answered all of my questions.
