Janet and Craig have been wonderful to work with. We arrived 1 hour early at our rental in the gated community of Riverwood in Port Charlotte, Florida. Janet and Craig were there doing their final inspection and welcomed my wife and myself. The house we rented was nicely cleaned upon our arrival. We did not incur any issues during our February - March 2023 rental period. My wife, myself and our children and grandchildren, who were there for 2 weeks, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used Riverwood Realty to find a short-term rental to use until completion of our new house in Port Charlotte. We were moving from SE Texas to SW Florida, so the initial correspondence had to be handled remotely, with no ability to physically visit the property in advance of executing a rental agreement. However, RIverwood Realty addressed all our requests and questions in advance, provided us very useful info and we were ecstatic upon our arrival, seeing the property in-person and moving in. Janet and Craig helped us enjoy the great weather and community of Riverwood for our fifth consecutive year. They are so helpful and kind. They addressed all our needs and a few minor concerns quickly and completely.
Janet and the entire team at Riverwood were kind, professional, and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay in Biscayne Landing. It was a wonderful escape from winter in Michigan!
