My husband and I had an appointment for a couples massage with Riverwood and traveled over an hour to get their which had been book at least 6 weeks in advance. It was at 11 AM and the gentlemen informed us the other staff member was running late and we had to reschedule our appointment because they were booked for they day. I understand things happen normally but we told him we had traveled and they could only offer an appointment at the end of the day. Rachel and her team are great. Spa is beautiful and you relax just walking in to the space.
Rachel was able to come through with a New Years miracle. She was so sweet and thorough. It was by far the best massage I've ever received. I would highly recommend her and her staff to anyone. She is worth every penny.
